The 3D printed denture with the EDD method

3D printing of the total dental prosthesis, called the denture, is now an operational reality. The 3D Print Ready method of Enabling Digital Dentistry provides an accurate and certified workflow. Accuracy means the degree of correspondence of the theoretical data (taken from significant samples with measured values) with the real reference data in the error theory. The workflow provides for a learning training by the operators to better interface with each other in the various operational phases and with respect to the software and hardware tools. In this way it is possible to create prostheses optimized from a structural and functional point of view with adequate morphology, thickness and type of biocompatible material certified for long life.
